No-Quibble Returns Policy

• Faulty items will be replaced or refunded upon request.  Faulty items must be returned to us.
• Incorrect orders can be replaced or refunded providing the items are returned un-opened and in the same condition they were sold.
• Accidental damage, neglect or misuse of items will not be acceptable for return.
• The customer shall pay any carriage costs involved in a return where the goods supplied are as requested and are not faulty.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. 
• Refunds will be made by the same method of payment.
• For non-faulty goods we also offer a 30 calendar day, no quibble returns guarantee from the date of purchase. Simply contact us for details on how to return your items.
• For all other returns made outside of the 30 day returns period, a 20% restocking charge will be incurred and will be subtracted from the refund total.
