Badger Inks sells both genuine OEM cartridges from major brands and high-quality compatible cartridges. Each product page clearly states whether the item is OEM, compatible or Remanufactured.
- OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer): Produced by the printer’s brand.
- Compatible: New cartridges made by third-party manufacturers to work with your printer.
- Remanufactured: Used OEM cartridges that are professionally cleaned, refilled, and tested.

Yes, we offer free standard shipping to the UK via Royal Mail. Expedited and International shipping options are also available at an additional cost.
If you place your order before 14:00. Standard shipping will typically arrive next day as our products are shipped 1st class with Royal Mail. Delivery times may vary based on your location.
We ship to Europe and the rest of the world at an additional cost. We may not be able to ship some products to certain countries due to restrictions. International shipping is often subject to extended shipping times.
Returns and Warranty
We accept returns on unopened cartridges within 30 days of purchase. If a product is defective, we offer a no-quibble replacement or refund. Visit our Returns Policy page for more details.

Cartridge Use and Maintenance
No, using compatible cartridges will not void your printer’s warranty. It is protected by the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
Store cartridges in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to prevent drying or leaking.
Try the following steps:
- Remove all the cartridges from the printer.
- Restart your printer by unplugging it at the mains for 2 minutes and then plugging it back in.
- Clean the chip and contacts on the cartridge. Use your finger to do this. Do not use any cleaning products or tissues. Avoid getting ink on yourself or your clothes.
- Start the printer up and allow it to start with no cartridges inserted.
- When the printer flags an error message to say cartridges are missing, insert the full set of cartridges. Take care to ensure the clip in and are properly seated.

So occasionally you may use up your coloured inks at varying rates and end up with multiple of one colour and none of another. For example, you may have a yellow already spare, but you get through your cyan more quickly. Here at Badger Inks we’ll always endeavour to customise your order to suit your colour preferences. Simply write your preferred combination of colours into the instructions at checkout, i.e “swap out x1 Yellow for x1 additional Cyan” and a member of the team will try to accommodate your request wherever possible.
